Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall operations of the apartment community
  • Manage rent collection
  • Market vacant units
  • Perform various administrative duties
  • Provide superior customer service to residents

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Marketing and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License
