- Perform various administrative duties

Requirements
- Previous experience in property management
- Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Marketing and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License
