About the role
Responsibilities
- Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects through the leasing process
- Manage lease applications, renewals, and related documentation
- Oversee rent collection, check scanning, and payment posting
- Monitor delinquencies and coordinate eviction procedures as needed
- Conduct regular ledger reviews to verify billing and account accuracy
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Community Manager
- Respond to resident concerns and de-escalate issues with professionalism
- Create and manage content for the community's social media platforms
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Two years of property management experience preferred
- Six months of assistant community manager experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Leasing Professional Accreditation (CALP)
