Responsibilities
- Create visuals using Canva and edit short, dynamic videos for social media (reels, stories, teasers)
- Write posts to highlight speakers, partners, and ecosystems
- Manage community engagement, including scheduling and moderating LinkedIn publications
- Monitor content performance and report insights
- Support partner visibility and manage marketing mailings
- Handle post-event tasks such as photo selection, thank-you posts, and replay uploads
- Contribute to strategic discussions regarding editorial lines and content formats
Requirements
- Student in a Master's program in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
- Previous internship experience in communication
- Proficiency in Canva (indispensable) and video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Rush
- Excellent spelling in French and bilingual English proficiency
- Strong interest in AI and the events industry
- Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of mailing tools (e.g., Pardot)
