About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact an existing portfolio of clients autonomously to secure renewals and encourage referrals for Swile's CSE solution
- Provide administrative support to Mid-Market Account Managers
- Analyze client data and perform verification checks with customers
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Business & CX)
- Create, send, and track quotes through to signature and payment
- Manage accounting credit requests and create tickets for fund transfers
- Maintain a close working partnership with assigned Account Managers
- Ensure accurate administration and management of the CRM (Salesforce)
- Perform client follow-ups and manage appointment scheduling
Requirements
- First successful experience in sales assistance or customer relations, ideally involving development or retention
- High comfort level with phone outreach and building rapport with clients
- Result-oriented mindset with a drive to meet objectives
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous
