Assistant Commercial Projet

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager and Project Manager in various project activities
• Assist in commercial operations including quality control, profitability, scheduling, and risk management
• Manage administrative tasks such as SAP updates, price updates, invoicing, and quotes
• Handle customer requests, follow-ups, and prototype offers
• Monitor project timelines and implement corrective actions
• Manage prototype manufacturing activities from development through to closure
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction for Project Managers and customers

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business school
• Strong analytical, writing, and syntax skills
• Proficiency in English for an international working environment
• High level of curiosity and enthusiasm
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various project stakeholders
