Assistant Commercial et Opérationnel Bilingue F/H

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel B2C customer service via email, Shopify, social media, and telephone
• Manage Shopify and boutique orders, including exchanges, returns, and dispute resolution
• Support in-store sales and provide personalized customer assistance during art exhibitions and holiday periods
• Create product listings on Shopify by collection and artisan
• Manage stock through inventory tracking, receiving, and quality control
• Coordinate domestic and international deliveries (Europe, USA, Canada, etc.)
• Assist in organizing brand events such as creative workshops, exhibitions, and pop-ups

Requirements

• Currently a student in a Business or Marketing school
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Shopify and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of interpersonal skills and autonomy
• Genuine interest in art, design, and high-end creative industries
