About the Company

Atlantique Automatismes Incendie (AAI) is an installer of sprinkler fire extinguishing systems in the building sector. With 23 agencies in France and 650 employees, AAI is a leader in fire protection, handling design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supply orders and equipment rentals for construction sites
• Register work orders and transmit them to headquarters
• Monitor client and supplier invoicing and manage unpaid invoices
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Receive agency deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail
• Draft correspondence, visit reports, and maintain listings
• Follow up with subcontractors regarding mandatory certifications
• Provide legal company documents to clients upon request
• Draft quotes provided by sales representatives and place subcontracting orders on an ad-hoc basis
• Receive after-sales service (SAV) intervention requests
• Manage travel reservations for vehicles and transport tickets
• Apply the quality management system

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree (e.g., BTS Assistant Manager, BTS Gestion PME)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with internal software
• Knowledge of the construction industry or a technical environment is a plus
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and elocution skills
