- Act as a brand ambassador by providing a warm and professional welcome to every client
- Coordinate with headquarters for the efficient dispatch of contracts
- Manage administrative files to ensure total compliance and reliability
- Provide exceptional end-to-end customer support and guidance
- Maintain the overall presentation and operational excellence of the agency
