About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and treatment application
- Assist Licensed Colorists in delivering a seamless guest experience
- Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
- Maintain salon cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
- Drive revenue through additional service suggestions and product sales
- Complete Assistant Colorist to Colorist training to master color theory and application
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry environment
