About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Licensed Colorists to deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, styling, hot tool styling, treatments, and toner services
- Assist with finishing services and add-on product applications
- Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs including retail, services, and memberships
- Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security
- Drive revenue through service add-ons, memberships, subscriptions, and home hair care sales
- Complete Assistant-to-Colorist training, mastering color theory and application skills
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience; salon or beauty background preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
