Assistant Coach - Women's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Assist with practice session scheduling and team personnel supervision during varsity games
• Coordinate, collect, and manage equipment and supplies, including seasonal needs analysis
• Drive College vehicles to away games
• Prepare reports and logs regarding athlete injuries, sport statistics, and equipment inventory
• Assist in the recruitment of high school athletes
• Support public relations efforts, including media releases and personal interviews as a college representative
• Attend required college events, such as coaches' meetings and open houses
• Participate in annual CSA compliance training and adhere to Campus Security Act guidelines

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent (60 college credits)
• One year of playing experience in high school or college
• One year of organized league coaching experience in volleyball
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• First Aid/CPR Certification prior to the start of the season

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of experience as an active player for a high school or college team
• One year of experience coaching at the high school or college level
