Assistant Coach, Women’s Soccer

Responsibilities

• Provide individual instruction, skill development, and training to student-athletes to foster growth.
• Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes, including on-campus visits and limited off-campus recruitment.
• Serve as an assistant coach during practices and games, utilizing video analysis for player development and opponent scouting.
• Support the Head Coach with marketing, events, camps, practice scheduling, and team travel coordination.
• Cooperate with academic advisers to ensure the academic progress and success of student-athletes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of playing experience.
• Strong talent evaluation skills and experience in recruiting student-athletes.
• Knowledge of high-level athletic programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience playing or working within a Division 1 program.
• Experience playing at the professional level.
