Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in all aspects of the administration, practice, and game coaching for the women's lacrosse program
• Model the University’s Mission through dedicated job performance and respectful collaboration
• Engage in recruiting, public relations, and fundraising activities
• Provide mentoring and advising to student-athletes
• Adhere to all NCAA regulations and compliance procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• College-level playing experience in lacrosse
• Effective communication skills aligned with the educational philosophy of Lewis University
