Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with recruiting quality student-athletes
• Support the planning, conducting, and execution of team practices
• Assist with match scheduling and facility preparation
• Coordinate all facets of team travel and logistics
• Support fundraising efforts and manage operations within annual budgets
• Work to increase attendance for home matches
• Adhere to NCAA rules and the mission and philosophy of Anderson University

Requirements

• Ability to organize and manage all aspects of team travel
• Strong Christian value system and lifestyle
• Commitment to the integration of faith and learning
• Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree is preferred
