About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Coach in the development and administration of the Women's Golf Program, including coaching, mentoring, and mental training.
  • Provide individual skill instruction, technical guidance, and strategic execution training to student-athletes.
  • Design and coordinate practice plans, conditioning programs, and seasonal training schedules.
  • Manage the student-athlete recruitment process as an NCAA certified recruiter, including scouting and evaluating prospective talent.
  • Handle administrative duties such as NCAA compliance documentation, team travel logistics, and scheduling.
  • Maintain relationships with alumni, media, and community stakeholders to support program growth and fundraising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3 years of related experience in coaching or golf instruction.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • First Aid/CPR certification (can be obtained upon hire).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and player development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Education, Recreation, Sports Administration, Business, or Psychology.
  • College-level or Division I golf playing or coaching experience.
  • International playing or coaching experience.
