Assistant Coach, Women's Volleyball

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Coach in the development and maintenance of a competitive NCAA Division II women's volleyball program
• Assist with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes while fostering a supportive Christian faith culture
• Manage administrative tasks including facility scheduling, transportation coordination, and supply maintenance for Abney Gymnasium
• Collaborate with the Sports Information department on film editing, social media content, and digital initiatives
• Ensure strict adherence to all NCAA Division II and South Atlantic Conference rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in collegiate athletics programs
• Strong Christian value system and commitment to integrating faith and learning
• Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
