Assistant Coach: Women's Soccer

Responsibilities

• Support the women's soccer program through coaching, recruiting, and administrative duties
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and retain a roster of eligible student-athletes
• Assist in organizing practices, competitions, and scouting opponents
• Manage administrative tasks including budget management, travel coordination, and academic report supervision
• Teach and demonstrate techniques, tactics, and strategies to help athletes reach their full potential
• Develop and implement individualized training programs based on athlete abilities and goals
• Provide constructive feedback and support to foster a positive team environment and culture
• Comply with all College policies, including Clery Act and Title IX requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous High School or Club coaching experience (College level preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an athletic department and across academic departments
