Bachelor’s degree, Coaching experience (high school, club, or college level), Past diving experience, Knowledge of diving technique and training
About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct the diving program and provide on-deck coaching
- Organize and monitor regular practices
- Create and implement a dryland workout program
- Assist with student-athlete recruiting efforts
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Swimming & Diving Coach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Coaching experience at the high school, club, or college level
- Past diving experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of diving technique, training, and competition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for developing student-athletes
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience specifically at the collegiate level
