About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruiting and retention of student-athletes, including identifying prospects and organizing campus visits
  • Serve as a liaison to campus relations such as housing and registration while ensuring NCAA and Atlantic 10 compliance
  • Support player development and technical training for student-athletes
  • Manage and organize team travel logistics
  • Assist with opponent scouting and match tactical adjustments
  • Coordinate soccer camps and develop relationships within the Chicago and University community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Two years of collegiate coaching experience in soccer
  • Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
