About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruiting and retention of student-athletes, including identifying prospects and organizing campus visits
- Serve as a liaison to campus relations such as housing and registration while ensuring NCAA and Atlantic 10 compliance
- Support player development and technical training for student-athletes
- Manage and organize team travel logistics
- Assist with opponent scouting and match tactical adjustments
- Coordinate soccer camps and develop relationships within the Chicago and University community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two years of collegiate coaching experience in soccer
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
