Assistant Coach-Men's Soccer

Responsibilities

• Support the Men’s Soccer head coach in all facets of the Division I program to ensure team success
• Lead player development, scouting, and recruiting coordination
• Manage community relations, scheduling, and equipment management
• Provide academic supervision for student-athletes
• Perform other functionally related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent
• Experience as a competitor or coach at the club, college, or international level
• Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain driver eligibility under university policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports management or a related field
• Experience in practice and game day coaching
• Background in recruiting, scheduling, academic support, camps, and clinics
