Assistant Coach, Men’s Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of coaching a highly competitive NCAA Men’s Lacrosse team
• Lead recruiting efforts and implement a quality recruiting program
• Monitor student-athlete academic performance and foster academic progress
• Coordinate practices, pre- and post-game meetings, and team strength and conditioning
• Manage team travel, meal arrangements, and equipment inventory
• Assist with budget preparation and maintain fiscal responsibility for the team
• Promote the program through marketing, public relations, and fundraising initiatives
• Support community service activities to build connections between the team and the community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Collegiate level competition and/or coaching experience
• Experience with NCAA or equivalent Division III philosophy
• Valid driver license with a good, insurable driving record
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
