Assistant Coach, Goalkeeper

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of specialized goalkeeper training sessions and individual player development plans.
• Oversee game and practice preparation through scouting, video analysis, and data-driven feedback.
• Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes in accordance with NCAA and institutional regulations.
• Support the holistic development of student-athletes, emphasizing academic success and personal growth.
• Provide administrative and tactical support to the Head Coach, including managing team meal planning and travel logistics.
• Maintain strict adherence to all institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proven coaching experience at the high school, club, college, or professional level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to perform, teach, and demonstrate technical aspects of the sport in varying weather conditions.
• Strong initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
