Assistant Coach, Dive

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in all facets of the Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving teams
• Focus on the development of diving student-athletes to ensure a successful Division I program
• Manage player development, scouting, and recruiting coordination
• Oversee academic supervision, equipment management, and community relations
• Coordinate and lead camps and clinics
• Perform scheduling and other functionally related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent
• Experience coaching diving at the high school, collegiate, or equivalent level (including GA, intern, or volunteer experience)
• Ability to travel and work evening and weekend hours as required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain driver eligibility under university policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sports management or a related field
• Two years of experience coaching diving, including GA, intern, or volunteer roles
• Progressively responsible experience in practice and game day coaching, recruiting, and academic support
