Assistant Coach - Director of Operations Women's Basketball

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Women’s Basketball program and serve as the primary campus liaison.
• Organize and arrange all team travel, food, and monthly calendars.
• Oversee team academics, standards, and study hall requirements.
• Coordinate team community service events, summer camps, and off-court team bonding activities.
• Manage compliance documentation and reporting through ARMS software.
• Serve as a facilities liaison to coordinate event scheduling with the Events Center.
• Coordinate with the Admissions department regarding on-campus visits and player recruiting.
• Manage pre-game and post-game meals for all home and away games.
• Complete staff credit card reports and manage standard budgeting/expenditure documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience in athletics operations.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA regulations and bylaws.
• Proficiency in ARMS software and general office applications.
• Ability to travel, including domestic and international air travel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.

Benefits

• Expected compensation range of $71,000 to $75,000 per year.
