Assistant Coach, Baseball

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Baseball Coach in the development and maintenance of a competitive NCAA Division II baseball program
• Assist with the recruitment and retention of student-athletes while fostering a supportive Christian faith culture
• Prepare detailed scouting reports and conduct pre-game warm-up activities
• Plan and organize travel logistics for both in-season and out-of-season activities
• Participate in fundraising efforts and generate ideas to improve game day attendance and experience
• Ensure strict adherence to all NCAA Division II and South Atlantic Conference rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in collegiate athletics programs
• Strong knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and compliance
• Commitment to a strong Christian value system, lifestyle, and the integration of faith and learning
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
