Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming member inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and onboarding
• Create a welcoming, service-first environment for all guests and members
• Develop and execute strategies to build local partnerships with businesses, schools, and influencers
• Represent Padel Haus in the local community to increase visibility
• Research and integrate city-specific values into campaigns and events
• Plan and execute a dynamic calendar of events, tournaments, and mixers
• Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to tie events into growth KPIs
• Analyze attendance, feedback, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies
• Track and report membership leads, conversions, and satisfaction trends weekly
• Collaborate with the Club Director on calendar planning and process improvement
• Coordinate with the Juice Haus Manager for food and beverage catering during events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in guest services, events, or hospitality management
• Demonstrated experience building outbound relationships or community partnerships
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
