About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
- Organize, inventory, and distribute clinic supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate records within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate training schedules
- Assist incoming families and clients with initial onboarding paperwork
- Provide direct operational support to clinic personnel, including break coverage
- Actively support or cover treatment sessions when staffing needs arise
- Ensure daily operations comply with company standards and applicable laws
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a related healthcare or administrative field
- Prior experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management role preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to learn EMR platforms quickly
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to remain effective in a fast-paced clinic environment
