Assistant Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences and promote customized laser facials
• Discuss skincare protocols and products suggested by the medical team
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with Clinic Manager to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Use KPIs to propose action plans for elevating client experience
• Support clinic efficiency, accuracy, and staff training
• Manage clinic operations including scheduling, timecards, and inventory standards
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold company culture

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience in a retail environment preferred
• Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a high-volume retail clinic environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Availability for clinic operating hours, including weekends and holidays
