Assistant Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences and promote customized laser facials
• Discuss skincare protocols and products suggested by the medical team
• Establish and maintain effective client retention processes
• Partner with the Clinic Manager to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Use KPIs to propose action plans for elevating client experience
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and timecards
• Support clinic efficiency, accuracy, and inventory standards
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and coaching
• Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of management experience in a retail environment preferred
• Comfortable selling in a high-volume retail clinic
• Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to commute to the Melbourne, FL clinic and occasionally cover other locations
