Assistant Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily clinic operations and upholding company policies
• Oversee patient evaluations and treatment planning
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff
• Support daily clinical workflow and address urgent situations
• Maintain and audit timely, accurate documentation for compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for the medical community and caregivers

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical foundation and desire to lead
• Team-first attitude and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience is not required but a desire to lead is essential
