Responsibilities

• Retain existing customers and acquire new ones through various animations
• Inform customers and participate in on-the-ground commercial operations
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for slot machines (blockages, testing, etc.)
• Comply with gaming regulations and current procedures

Requirements

• Significant experience in commerce
• Smiling and agile personality
• Strong team spirit and sense of service
• Ability to maintain neutrality and discretion
