Responsibilities

• Ensure impeccable service quality for all customers
• Inform and advise clients on the operation of slot machines
• Acquire and retain customers by participating in on-site commercial operations
• Respect gaming regulations and all current operational procedures
• Work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Requirements

• Bac level diploma
• First successful experience in a customer-facing role
• Must be of legal age (major)
• French or EU nationality
• Registered on electoral lists
• Clean criminal record (less than two months old)
