About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support, advise, and inform clients throughout the acquisition process until handover to after-sales service
  • Organize and maintain the client space
  • Manage requests for buyer modification works and options
  • Plan and coordinate site visits (partition visits, pre-delivery visits, etc.) with project and technical teams
  • Inform clients of construction progress via phone, newsletters, and periodic bulletins
  • Assist in the first General Assembly of the co-ownership
  • Organize key handovers, including walkthroughs, legal guarantee explanations, and administrative points
  • Manage client complaints and ensure efficient traceability and information systems
  • Prepare client files for transfer to the after-sales service
  • Analyze client satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+3/4 degree
  • Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in the real estate sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, involved, and curious personality
