About the role
Responsibilities
- Support, advise, and inform clients throughout the acquisition process until handover to after-sales service
- Organize and maintain the client space
- Manage requests for buyer modification works and options
- Plan and coordinate site visits (partition visits, pre-delivery visits, etc.) with project and technical teams
- Inform clients of construction progress via phone, newsletters, and periodic bulletins
- Assist in the first General Assembly of the co-ownership
- Organize key handovers, including walkthroughs, legal guarantee explanations, and administrative points
- Manage client complaints and ensure efficient traceability and information systems
- Prepare client files for transfer to the after-sales service
- Analyze client satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+3/4 degree
- Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance) in the real estate sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, involved, and curious personality
