Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in managing day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations
• Ensure highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain building systems and ensure statutory compliance
• Support health and safety standards across the building
• Ensure emergency lighting is tested and maintained in line with regulations
• Manage Legionella awareness and health and safety legislation compliance
• Supervise and coordinate preventive maintenance work and regular inspections
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure high-quality service
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as an assistant maintenance engineer in a luxury hotel environment
• Computer literacy with experience in maintenance or building management systems
• Strong technical knowledge in air conditioning, plumbing, refrigeration, and boilers
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
