Assistant Chief Concierge

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in managing daily operations to ensure efficient and personalized guest assistance.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the Concierge and Bell teams to uphold luxury service standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests both in person and digitally.
• Organize and recommend bespoke experiences including transportation, dining, tours, and shopping.
• Maintain strong relationships with local service providers and vendors to secure exclusive offerings.
• Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special occasions with extreme attention to detail and discretion.
• Oversee the delivery of mail, packages, and luggage handling to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the Chief Concierge with scheduling, administrative duties, and service quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, cultural attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
• Les Clefs d’Or membership or affiliation.
