Assistant Chef de Projet National - Activité Oxygène Liquide (LOX)

Responsibilities

• Optimize Liquid Oxygen (LOX) logistics and delivery routes through national sectorization projects.
• Support change management by deploying logistical optimizations across various French agencies and guiding local teams.
• Monitor and analyze performance KPIs for the LOX activity to identify profitability levers and provide national visibility.
• Assist in the renewal and harmonization of the vehicle fleet dedicated to LOX activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory constraints.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management (specialization in Supply Chain or Project Management preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, and AI tools).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage change and maintain assertiveness when working with operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with mapping and logistics software.
• Knowledge of TourSolver is a significant plus.
