Assistant Checkout Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the checkout manager in organizing and animating the team
• Contribute to the reliability of checkout operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and reduced waiting times
• Resolve customer disputes and propose operational improvements
• Manage opening and closing of the checkout system
• Supervise and control checkout operations and detect anomalies
• Participate in organizing financial transfers to banks
• Manage safe access and specific payment procedures
• Manage team schedules and staffing in the manager's absence
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations

Requirements

• Knowledge of checkout systems and computerized management
• Management skills: ability to inform, unite, and motivate
• Strong interpersonal skills: listening and diplomacy
