About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the checkout manager in organizing and animating the team
- Contribute to the reliability of checkout operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and reduced waiting times
- Resolve customer disputes and propose operational improvements
- Manage opening and closing of the checkout system
- Supervise and control checkout operations and detect anomalies
- Participate in organizing financial transfers to banks
- Manage safe access and specific payment procedures
- Manage team schedules and staffing in the manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
