Assistant Chargé d’Affaires en Électricité

Responsibilities

• Support the Chargé d’Affaires in managing electrical maintenance operations for high and low voltage systems.
• Create execution files in collaboration with the Design Office Technician.
• Manage field technicians (2 to 5 collaborators) and coordinate external service providers.
• Anticipate material and tool requirements while ensuring coordination with other trades on-site.
• Represent the company during site meetings and participate physically in on-site operations.
• Perform cost estimation for additional works.
• Maintain site logs and report progress to facilitate billing preparation.
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an experienced self-taught professional.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and federate teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
