Assistant Chargé d’Affaires en CVC (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chargé d’Affaires in managing all stages of HVAC (CVC) projects, including air conditioning and heating.
• Develop execution files in collaboration with the Design Office Technician.
• Manage external subcontractors and coordinate with other trades on-site.
• Anticipate and manage the supply of materials and tools according to the established schedule.
• Participate physically on-site and represent the company during site meetings.
• Perform cost estimation for additional works.
• Maintain site logbooks and report progress to facilitate billing preparation.
• Ensure all activities comply with hygiene and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Formal training in HVAC (CVC) or significant experience as a self-taught professional.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the HVAC sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate external stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster team cohesion.
