Assistant Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children
• Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the 116-place service
• Implement programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) curriculum
• Ensure high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
• Foster positive relationships with families and the community

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
