Assistant Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the 74-place service
• Implement programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) curriculum
• Ensure high standards of care and education are maintained across the centre

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Blue Card and First Aid certificate
