Assistant Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a 93-place service to maintain an outstanding learning environment
• Help build and maintain high-quality programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Lead and mentor educators to ensure excellence in childcare delivery
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children within the centre

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
• Proven Educator experience within an Early Childhood service (0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
