Assistant Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the 74-place service
• Implement programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) curriculum
• Ensure high-quality care and engagement for all children in the service

Requirements

• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
• Proven experience as an Educator within an early childhood service
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Blue Card and First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
