Responsibilities

• Support purchasing teams in defining the product offering strategy
• Assist in defining the offer and constructing the commercial animation plan
• Monitor and analyze category, product, and brand performance indicators (turnover, margins, market share)
• Conduct competitive intelligence regarding pricing, innovation, and new product recommendations
• Perform store visits to monitor surface allocation and merchandising
• Create tools and documents to ensure information flow between commercial, marketing, and merchandising departments

Requirements

• Student in a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent
• Autonomous, rigorous, and strong analytical skills
• Previous 6-month experience in a similar role is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of the retail sector and interest in home decor and furniture
