Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of training and the animation of the Digital Academy
• Assist in designing and updating pedagogical content, including e-learning modules and digital pathways
• Manage the learner experience by communicating new content and animating digital communities
• Track and analyze engagement indicators such as consultation and completion rates to propose improvements
• Help with training logistics, including program research and registrations
• Enhance the employer brand through visual supports for the intranet, social media, and LinkedIn
• Draft engaging content and ensure graphic consistency across all communication channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, HR, or Instructional Design
• Availability for a 12-month apprenticeship (alternance)
• Proficiency with Canva and the Office Pack
• Skills in video editing and digital tools
• Strong writing, synthesis, and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of teamwork
