Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and update of pedagogical content including e-learning modules and digital pathways
• Manage the learner experience on the Digital Academy through content communication and community animation
• Track and analyze engagement indicators such as consultation and completion rates
• Assist in training deployment including program research, registration, and logistics
• Promote Human Capital projects through visual supports for intranet, social media, and LinkedIn
• Draft content and ensure graphic consistency across communication channels

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, HR, or Instructional Design
• Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship or internship
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office, and video editing software
• Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information
• Organized, creative, and possessing a strong team spirit
