Assistant Campus Director

Responsibilities

• Support general administrative operations and serve in an acting leadership capacity for the Campus Director as needed
• Promote University programs through college fairs, community events, and outreach to military installations
• Build and maintain relationships with civilian organizations, military partners, and local Education Services Officers
• Manage student data, registration activities, end-of-term processes, and student account collections
• Provide student services including academic advising, degree mapping, and maintaining student records
• Monitor enrollment trends and support reporting related to campus performance metrics
• Assist in monitoring campus budget expenditures and ensuring financial integrity and audit readiness

Requirements

• Associate degree or completion of 18+ months of post-high school education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with information systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on student and stakeholder engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation background or related industry experience
• Experience working in higher education, student services, or military education environments
