Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in charge of Facility Management
- Analyze expenses related to Facility Management categories (cold equipment, HVAC, security, electricity, cleaning, etc.)
- Study local and national Facility Management contracts, including scope, maintenance ranges, and service levels
- Utilize purchasing tools for expense analysis, launching consultations, contract management, and tracking savings plans
- Gradually manage purchasing files including sourcing and calls for tender
Requirements
- Student in a Bac +3 or Bac +5 program (Business School specializing in Purchasing, Bachelor in Purchasing, or Supply Chain)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional level of English for collaboration with group buyers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or academic focus on Facility Management or Indirect Purchasing
