Assistant Buyer - Kids

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure optimal delivery, cost, and quality
• Communicate with vendors regarding item availability, stock levels, and delivery dates
• Analyze and forecast product performance and inventory levels using historical data and trends
• Key purchase orders into the system and manage order uploads
• Present actionable recommendations to the Planning team for approval
• Monitor program buys and core items to manage inventory flow
• Recommend promotional activities to drive sales volume
• Stay updated on industry fashion market trends and merchandising best practices

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to use complex functions (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Proven experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in financial analysis or a related role
• A strong passion for fashion and trend analysis
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
