About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing media authorizations and insertion orders to activate buys
- Enter campaign data and maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, flagging under- or over-delivery
- Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from media partners and dashboards
- Analyze delivery vs. planned metrics and assist in optimization recommendations
- Track billing and reconcile vendor invoices with finance teams
- Communicate with vendors to confirm buys, gather reporting data, and resolve issues
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to deepen media buying knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Love for numbers and high numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adaptability
- Strong interest and knowledge of Media Buying and Planning
- Previous marketing, advertising, or media agency experience is a plus
